Should an item not fit you or not be to your liking, you can simply return the goods to us at any time within 30 days of receipt.
It is free to send back goods with the enclosed UPS-returns note. You can apply for collection from your home by phoning 1-800-575757 for free or on the internet at www.ups.com. Under "Collection" and "Schedule a collection", you can enter your address details and the desired collection time.
If you have already paid, we will credit the amount back to your bank account, PayPal account or your credit card. If the purchase was invoiced, you can reduce the amount invoiced accordingly. With payment by cash-on-delivery, the purchase price (without C.O.D. charges) is refunded once you have notified us of your bank details. To do so, contact our Service Centre.
